Fisrt week at the work

This week was nervous and first time for me to work for me on the Dubai public prosecution and the name of the department where I work called” alistonav and discrimination” and its mean where the judgment give judges for the problems and issues the Prisoners can ask for mercy and to make the judgment more lighter for them and on the first week I couldn’t understand anything it was complicated and hard for me as I don’t have any working experience and the program was new for me. The head of the office make a person called Omar who is working as the same work I need to know to teach me every single point which my work it’s to add he information of the prisoners’ on the system and ask the judgment for an appointment for hearing.This week was hard and very thing was up and down but from start of the week I hope everything will go well.

Seventh week:

This week for me was the hardest work that I ever know because I always get confuse with on what the difference between doing the appeal for the prisoners and for the prosecutor because sometimes the prosecutor are doing the appeals to make the judgments more harder if they see that the judge give them a very easy punishment so they change it to hard punishment not less so in this week I start to get the reasons for the prosecutor from the E-mail because the process is like this and some time the reasons sends by the correspondents then we start to enter the details on the system with the name of the prosecutor and why he is doing the appeal against the prisoners and give them a date for appeal as soon as possible then print the case after the appeal with the new date to send it for them. What I had learn from the work that I was shocked when the prosecutor do the appeals to increase the punishment not to reduce it and I learn that always follow the rules and be legal person.

Sixth week:

The new thing that I learned in this week in sending the requests for the judgment for the people who want to do the appeal time earlier or later from the decided time. So what we do first we take the orders through the internet from the requests then we search the file to find it maybe in the section itself or on the other sections or archive and then we print the request through the internet and send it to the judges of the case and then we wait until their respond and most of the time the judges refuse to make the timing earlier but in some cases when the situation it’s so hard with strong reason they make it earlier. I like to do this work and I learn many things from doing it that there are some detailed rules to get done anything on the prosecution and its show me how hard the work its and every single work it have to be right and specific on the same time.

Fifth week:

In this week I start to take the orders from the internet for the people who kept their passports for a Guarantee for not traveling or escape away from the Punishment if they did wrong and start of the work we have to see what the request is in details and then we search for the file of the case sometimes it can be on the courts or on the archive or it can be on the section by itself with the name of the other colleagues because their work it’s to go with the judges to write what the judge is saying and the accused person says then they bring the files to type them in our sections and after finding the file from the system I have to bring it form the person by itself and then print the request on the file then sending it to the prosecutor and every one of them have a number and day to send so we send for the same name and day and then after maybe one hour the answer the request and send it to us and we write it on the system with the name of the prosecutor then the requester can review their requests on the counter.

Forth Week on the Work

In this week I learned new thing how to the appeals for the prisoners on the same time when the police caught them in a public place warning their names If they have any cases. Most of the time we don’t open the doors for the outside people who are coming to inform about their orders (see Blog ) the police bring the prisoners inside the appeal section and the hand caps around their hands waiting for the appeal and on the same time we start to write for them on the system with new appeal and the Guarantee for them on the same time to keep their passports and go out the jail until their lessening date but when we do the appeal on the same time we send the request for the judgment to approve on living the man out until the lessening day so the answer depends on the judge and how they see the case. On the start of doing this appeal I wasn’t ready to see the prisoners to come on the room and the hand caps on their hands it was embracing for them and for me on the same time but now I get over it and I start to do the appeals most of the time with a little help from the colleagues.

Third week at the work

In this week still I am doing many faults in entering the appeals on the system with the same names and the date but the problem that I have I don’t always check the details of the case before entering it because sometimes the same to prisoners do the appeal for the same cases on the same time so we have to make the time of meeting the judges on the same day with different numbers of apples on my work and most of the time (Omar) who is my colleague help me out in explaining and fixing the problems for me as this wok its totally new for me and with no experience and it’s a very challenging to do the work fast as possible and to be right on the same time of doing it so I always divide my time on the start of the morning to do the appeals of the prisoners and sometimes the appeals are more than 20 in one day come from Alawair jail.
